Investa Homes CIC
Investa Homes CIC is a registered Community Interest Company operating across the UK. With over five years of experience in transitional housing, we exist to bridge the gap between housing crisis and long-term stability — working in partnership with Housing Associations to deliver transitional housing placements and intensive housing management for people who need it most.
As a CIC, every pound we generate is reinvested into improving our services and expanding our reach. We are not driven by shareholder returns — we are driven by outcomes. Our success is measured by the number of people who move on from transitional housing into stable, long-term homes.
We believe that housing is a foundation — not a privilege. And we believe that with the right management, the right support, and the right partnerships, transitional housing can be a genuine turning point in someone's life.

CIC Credentials
What it means to be a Community Interest Company.
A Community Interest Company (CIC) is a special type of limited company designed for organisations that want to use their profits and assets for the public good. CICs are regulated by the CIC Regulator and must demonstrate a clear community benefit in everything they do.
As a CIC, Investa Homes is subject to an asset lock — meaning our assets and profits cannot be distributed to shareholders and must be used for the benefit of the community we serve. This gives our Housing Association partners, residents, and stakeholders confidence that our motivations are genuinely social.
We publish an annual Community Interest Report setting out the social value we have delivered, the outcomes we have achieved, and how we have reinvested our resources.
Registered CIC
Investa Homes CIC is registered with Companies House and regulated by the Office of the Regulator of Community Interest Companies.
Asset Lock
Our assets are locked for community benefit. Profits cannot be distributed to shareholders — they are reinvested into our housing services.
Community Benefit Test
All our activities must pass the community benefit test, ensuring everything we do serves the public interest.
Annual CIC Report
We submit an annual Community Interest Report to the Regulator, setting out the social value and outcomes we have delivered.
