Houses in Multiple Occupation are well suited to our model. We have experience managing HMOs compliantly and effectively, ensuring all licensing and safety requirements are met.
Individual Properties
We also work with landlords who have one or more individual properties — whether houses or flats — that they would like to let on a longer-term managed basis.
