Investa Homes CIC works with people who need transitional housing — a safe, stable place to live while they work towards longer-term accommodation. We understand that housing need can arise from many different circumstances, and we approach every situation with care and without judgement.
Through our Housing Association partners, we can access a range of transitional housing options across the UK — and we'll work with you to find the right fit.
Eligibility
Am I eligible?
Our transitional housing is available to adults who are in housing need and are ready to live semi-independently. Eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis — if you're unsure, please get in touch and we'll talk it through with you.
You may be eligible if you…
- Are 18 or over
- Are in housing need or at risk of homelessness
- Can live semi-independently with intensive housing management in place
- Are referred by a support service, local authority, or Housing Association
- Are ready to engage with an intensive housing management plan
We may not be the right fit if you…
- Require 24-hour residential care
- Are currently in a stable long-term tenancy
- Are outside our current operating areas

Get in touch

Assessment
We carry out a straightforward housing needs assessment to understand what kind of intensive housing management and accommodation would work best for you.
Finding your home
We work with our Housing Association partners to identify suitable transitional housing that matches your needs and location.
Move in & settle
Once placed, you'll receive intensive housing management to help you settle in — and a clear pathway towards longer-term, stable housing.

A home is more than four walls. Every tenant receives intensive housing management — proactive, hands-on oversight of your tenancy to help you sustain your home and build stability for the long term.
